Registration Forms and Permission Prerequisites
To ensure efficient and effective coordination of the Heritage Fair Project
at the provincial level, and to ensure that the students have the opportunity
to attend the Fairs, it is important to submit all forms by their deadlines.
Failure to comply with signed forms by deadline will eliminate participation
in the Regional Fair due to quantity control. Consequently, it disqualifies
the project for selection to the National Fair.
Projects should be suitable for display and portability and not exceed 80cm depth, 150cm width, 100cm height.
Ten projects and ten students will be selected from each Saskatchewan Regional
Heritage Fairs to attend the Provincial SYHFA Fair in Regina, May, 27th to 29th, 2010.
Forms for Teachers:
- Intent to Participate Registration Form: due January 15.
- Class/School/Division Fair Report: due March 15.
